Welcome to the blog girls! I am so excited to get this started and am looking forward to seeing your fun recipes! Here is my first post...Ü
Grilled Salmon

1 1/2 pound Salmon fillet
2 Tbs. Lemon Juice
1 Tbs. Olive Oil
2 Cloves Garlic – very finely chopped
1 Tbs. Onion – very finely chopped
1 tsp. Dill Weed

Combine Olive Oil, Lemon, Garlic, Onion and Dill. Spread evenly on Salmon fillet. Place Salmon on a tin foil covered cookie sheet and grill or broil for 15-20 minutes
or until Salmon flakes easily with a fork.
(We like ours done on the barbeque grill as it adds a fun flavor!) Enjoy!
